Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.
3 Orders & Payments
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Roastiva reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. In the event of payment failure or suspected fraud, your order may be cancelled.
4 Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or public holidays. Roastiva is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
5 Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roastiva purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Due to the perishable nature of specialty coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
